AZOA Member – $25.00

AZOA/Avedro are offering dinner and 2 Hrs of COPE continuing education with speaker Dr. Kevin Tozer at Culinary Dropout restaurant in Phoenix. Registration opens at 5:30pm and CE will start at 6:30pm.

Online registration in advance is required for this event. Seating is limited to 25 spots and is first-come, first-served. We will not be accepting onsite registrations.

Cancellations must be made in writing to kate@azoa.org. For refunds (less a cancellation fee), cancellations must be made by November 23. No refunds after this date.
