We are rolling out a new schedule this year! Be sure to check  new start times and read through everything before registering. Our 2026 Fall Congress schedule will include 12 hours of COPE accredited CE and 2 hours of AZ State Board of Optometry approved CE.

EXHIBITOR AND SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES 

Exhibit Hall Date/Hours: Saturday, November 14 from approximately 5:30pm-9pm in Canyon Ballroom which is the speaker room and is in the main building this year!

PLEASE NOTE THESE ARE NOT HOSPITALITY SUITES. (SINGLE TABLETOP EXHIBIT SPACE IN CANYON BALLROOM - NEW LARGER EXHIBIT HALL ROOM THIS YEAR)

Due to the popularity of this event we cannot hold exhibit spaces without payment. Secure your spot today by paying online. Once the AZOA receives your payment, we will send you the floorplan to select your booth space and only then will your exhibit space be confirmed. Unfortunately we cannot hold spaces with just the application anymore. 

In order to make reservations in our room block at the Hilton Sedona, you will need to be registered to exhibit. Once your registration is processed, I will provide you with the booking link. Due to the extremely high demand of reservations, at this time we can offer up to TWO (2) rooms in the room block for each company. We may be able to allow more than two rooms in the block (if you are exhibiting at one of the higher levels and will have more than two reps attending) as the meeting gets closer so please email me to inquire!


2026 FALL CONGRESS “Sedona Nights, Broadway Lights” EXHIBIT HALL THEME: For one night only, The AZOA is rolling out the red carpet and bringing the magic of musicals to Sedona! BY transforming our exhibit hall into Broadway, the lively heart of New York City's performing arts scene! Complete with dazzling lights, evocative music and unforgettable performances, we will be delivering a night full of creative excellence and inspiration. Broadway is for all those who prefer a dash of magic and a sprinkle of fantasy with their music! So, don't be afraid to let your imagination take center stage and create your own unique Broadway experience right at your exhibit booth! Remember, the best decorated booth wins a free registration for next year! Step into the spotlight with us and create a musical scene that is sure to earn a standing ovation!  Feel free to dress as your favorite musical character too!


**AZOA reserves the right to move registrants outside the room block if they do not qualify for the negotiated rate (i.e. not registered for the meeting). AZOA will attempt to notify those registrants ahead of time in writing to give advanced notice**
