This position is designed for an optometrist who wants strong medical exposure, meaningful physician mentorship, excellent support, and substantial long-term earning potential.

The Position: The optometrist will provide comprehensive eye care with an emphasis on medical optometry and co- management of surgical patients. The practice offers the opportunity to work closely with ophthalmologists while developing a broad and sophisticated medical optometry skill set.

Compensation:

• Base salary: $175,000 annually 
• Productivity bonus: 25% of receivables above $700,000, with no stated cap 
