GOLF - Friday AM Golf Tournament Reg. – $200.00
This ticket is for those that want to golf in the Bruce Bridgewater golf tournament on Friday November 13 at 9am at the Sedona Golf Resort. Check-in time is 8:30am. Please email your requested foursome to kate@azoa.org

The fee is $200 per player and includes greens fee, cart, boxed lunch and 2 drink tix (alcohol, water, soda)

We are rolling out a new schedule this year! Be sure to check new start times and read through everything before registering. Our 2026 Fall Congress schedule will include 13 hours of COPE accredited CE and 1 hour of AZ State Board of Optometry approved CE. Please check with your own state on the acceptance of AZ State credit for your licensing renewal. ALSO, please note that advanced registration for the 2 wet labs on Saturday is required as seating is limited (first come, first-served). Each wet lab is 1 hour (approx. breakdown of time: 20-30 minutes of lecture, followed by 20-30 minutes of hands-on training) and will run back to back from 3:30-5:30pm in the same room. The max number of wet labs you can attend is 2: 1 Dr. Dunn lab and 1 Dr. Bynum (LKC Tech) to earn 1 hour of AZ State Board Credit for Dr. Dunn and 1 hr of COPE Credit for Dr. Bynum

2026 FALL CONGRESS “Sedona Nights, Broadway Lights” EXHIBIT HALL THEME: For one night only, The AZOA is rolling out the red carpet and bringing the magic of musicals to Sedona! BY transforming our exhibit hall into Broadway, the lively heart of New York City's performing arts scene! Complete with dazzling lights, evocative music and unforgettable performances, we will be delivering a night full of creative excellence and inspiration. Broadway is for all those who prefer a dash of magic and a sprinkle of fantasy with their! Step into the spotlight with us as we create a musical scene that is sure to earn a standing ovation! PLEASE feel free to dress as your favorite musical character and the best dressed OD will win a free conference registration for our 2027 Spring Congress in April in Tucson, AZ! So, don't be afraid to let your imagination take center stage.

CANCELLATION POLICY: All cancellations must be in writing. In order to receive a refund of the registration fee (less a cancellation fee), cancellations must be received prior to 10/30/26. No refunds after that date. Please note that advance registration closes on 11/10/26. Registration can be done onsite after this date however registrations are not accepted over the phone.

*THE AZOA DOES NOT PROVIDE PAPER CE CERTIFICATES AS WE USE ARBO’S OE TRACKER APP FOR SMARTPHONES SO YOU WILL SCAN YOUR OWN HOURS. YOU MUST HAVE AN ARBO ACCOUNT SETUP PRIOR TO OUR MEETING*

If you do not own a smart phone (or are having trouble with the app) there will be a sign-in sheet at the AZOA registration desk for you to sign after EACH CE class you attend at this meeting. You will need to sign each sheet with your name and OE tracker # and an AZOA staff person will log your CE hours for you. After the meeting, you can then log into the ARBO website (with your log-in information) and print records of your CE hours.

**AZOA reserves the right to move registrants outside the room block if they do not qualify for the negotiated rate (i.e. not registered for the meeting). AZOA will attempt to notify those registrants ahead of time in writing to give advanced notice**
